Abstract This Regulation provides for violation of different EU Regulations with regard to a health claim for a product from the wine sector with an alcohol content of more than limited volumes verified by the laws and problems that may be created by food additive on the market in aromatised wine. The Regulation lays out provision on the misconduct of the owner of products in book keeping and documents recording. The text further refers to criminal and administration offences.
