Abstract

The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Part 2 deals with the official recognition of a vine variety by the local authority and it lays out the criteria for official recognition. Finally, the Ordinance contains also penalties in case of violation and final provisions. The text consists of 15 articles and 4 Annexes.
