Abstract

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Wine Growing Ordinance of 21 January 1986 (BGBl. I p. 215). In particular, an article 19a is added whereby it is established that the person who acquires planting material for vine has to retain the official label for a year after its delivery. The text consists of 2 articles.
