Abstract

The Regulations contain provisions on the procedures for applications for water rights and they contain the establishment of the Water Advisory Boards. The Water Officer may refer water rights applications to the Water Advisory Board. The Schedule contains forms for applications and grant of water rights and for the application and creation of easements. (26 regulations)
