Abstract

This document, of 13 Sections, gives definitions and establishes conditions for the regulation of industrial water usage. Any industrial complex should request a water usage permit from the water governor on the base of a water plan. The water governor shall authorize water supply to an industrial plant only if a water and waste plan has been prepared. Section (5) lists authorisation requirements. The Water Governor has the power to revoke a water plan authorisation or to send inspectors to a plant. Section (12) deals with exoneration procedures.
