Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) regards licence request procedures. Secs. (3) and (4) regard further information requests by the water governor. Secs. (5) and (6) sets time limits of Six months from licensing date to begin works. Secs. (7) to (12) regard registration procedures. Section (13) establishes that license granting shall not authorise water pumping unless a registration certificate has been issued. Section (14) regards taxes and levies.
