Within 60 days from publication day, Suggestions, Claims and Objections to the Water Infiltration Plan, made by water producers or distributors or consumer, can be delivered to the Water Governor that shall hand these to a counselling committee. the committee shall discuss these arguments and shall deliver its conclusions to the water governor within 15 days.
