Abstract

These Regulations, of Nine sections, give definitions and make provisions for the regulation of water level in Lake Kineret. a person shall not provide any action that influence or change the allowed water level unless authorized by the Water Governor. A person that holds a Regulating device can change water level within allowed levels only if notification to the Water Governor has been delivered early enough. The water Governor can order a holder to change water level to a new level or he can prohibit any level change at all, any level change that is not within allowed levels shall have 30 days time life, after which a decree must be published. The Water governor can request information regarding water regulation operations.
