Abstract

These Regulations make provisions for the prohibition of Hard Detergents usage in Israel. Section (1) prohibits the production, importation or marketing of any “Cleaning Product” that contains Alkil-Benzen. The Water Governor along with the Commerce and Industry Minister’s delegate can authorize, together, a product that has entered in the specifics of these regulations.
