Abstract

These Regulations, of Nine Sections, make provisions and establish procedures for the grant payments for special water consumers in Israel. Sec, (1) gives definitions. Section (2) regards water expenses calculations. Secs. (3) to (5) regard granting payments to consumer procedures. Section (6) these regulations shall not apply consumers and suppliers of desalinated water.
