A proposal for the setting of Water Rates shall be exposed for public vision at the Water Governors Office in Tel-Aviv. The proposals’ main subjects shall be published on two newspapers. Water distributors and consumers can hand their suggestions and claims to the Water Rate proposal within Ten days from publication date. the Water Governor shall deliver suggestions and claims to a counselling committee that shall discuss new issues and propose conclusions to the water governor within 15 days.
