Consumers, producers and distributors can expose their claims and suggestions within ten days from publication date. The Water Governor shall hand all claims and suggestions to a committee. The committee shall discuss the issues and will return its suggestions to the Water Governor that shall add his remarks and will deliver all the material to the Minister of Agriculture.
