Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 96 of the Environmental Management Act, set out, in its Schedule, water pollution fees payable to the Environmental Management Authority. Fees are to be paid for, among other things, application for a registration certificate, (application for) permits, an extract from the Water Pollutants Register or omittance of information supplied from the Water Polluters Register.
