Abstract

These Regulations repeal and replace the Schedule to the Water Pollution (Fees) Regulations, 2001. The Schedule specifies various fees relating to water pollution and related authorizations. Services for which charges are payable under rule 17(4) include consideration of applications and the use of specialized expertise external to the Authority. Charges paid to the Authority pursuant to rule 17(4) which exceeds $10,000.00 shall require a statement of expenses from the Authority identifying the
