Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) has a counter been installed, the provider shall supply water to the consumer only by measured quantity. Section (3) the water provider shall install the counters as planned in the measuring plan. Section (4) the provider shall present a measuring plan six days from this orders’ publication. Section (5) the Water Governor has the power to approve a measuring plan. Section (6) regards plan approving notifications. Secs. (7) to (10) regard measuring plans designed by the Water Authority. Section (11) gives powers to the Water Governor to enter to any place for inspection purposes. Secs. (12) to (15) deal with notification and data delivery procedures.
