Abstract

These Regulations replace Schedule 3 to the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 with the Schedule attached to these Regulations. This Schedule sets out general binding rules. A controlled activity specified in Column 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 3 is authorized under these Regulations if it is carried out in accordance with the rules of general application (“general binding rules”) specified for that activity in Column 2 of that Schedule.
