Section (1) gives definitions; A Producer is defined as he who produces water from a well or he who is in charge of a water extracting facility. Sections (2) to (5) provide for measuring procedures that will be operated by the Water Governor or by his delegate that shall notify the producer 48 hours before measurement operations. The water must be quiet and pumping must be stopped from 00:01 to 16:00 of measuring date. Section (6) provides for not more than one monthly measurement per well.
