Abstract

This Decree, of four sections, makes provisions and establishes conditions for the elaboration of a critical water level for Lake Kineret. Section 1 establishes minimum water level in 213 meters beneath Sea level, section 2 regards maximum water level that shall be of 209 meters beneath sea level. water measurements shall take place in a determinate coordinate called Galley-Kineret, with a measuring device called Laminograph.
