Abstract These Regulations provide additional measures procedures and guidance to rules contained in the Waste Management (Permit and Control) Regulations, 2002 so that waste oils are collected and disposed of without causing any avoidable damage to humans and the environment. The Malta Environment and Planning Authority shall establish a waste oils collection scheme.
