The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2002.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Bavarian Waste Management Law in its version of 9 August 1996. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the waste management plan for Bavaria. The text consists of 3 articles as follows: Waste disposal plan (1); Legally binding provisions (2); Entry into force, repeal (3). Five Annexes are enclosed: Definition of terms (1); Thermic treatment facilities for domestic waste and similar waste (2); Disposal sites for domestic waste, residues and sludge (3); Waste disposal facilities for special waste (4); Authorized waste disposal (5).
