Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Council Regulation (EEC) No. 259/93 on the supervision and control of shipments of waste within, into and out of the European Community of 1 February 1993. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for the transport of waste through the Federal Republic of Germany. It is applicable to public services of the Federal Environment Office being the competent authority for matters concerning waste. The text consists of 4 articles.
