Abstract

These Regulations provide rules that shall apply to warehouses to which the Warehouse Receipt System Act applies. They shall initially be restricted in application to the warehousing of agricultural commodities and shall be extended to other goods by the Minister by a Statutory Order upon recommendation of the Authority.
