Abstract This Notification determines the features of ice cream in order to produce, prepare, process, transport, store and put on the market with the right technique and hygienic requirements. This Notification lays down provisions on food additives; flavorings and food ingredients with flavoring properties; contaminants; hygiene; veterinary drug tolerance levels; packaging and labeling; transport and storage; sampling and analysis methods; vitamins, minerals and certain other elements; coccidiostat and histomonostat residues; and administrative sanctions.
