It defines the functions and powers of the Ministry of Tourism and provides for the establishment of Regional Tourism Offices. The Minsistry shall to help conserve and protect physical environments that enhance tourist attraction. It also provides for the licesning of tourist boats use for, among other things, sport fishing and prescribes rules for the handling of food in restaurant and food catering establishments. Such establishments shall obtain a permit from the Ministry.
