Abstract

This Law amends the Tomato Marketing (Guernsey) Law, 1952 in relation with the powers of the Tomato Marketing Board for the marketing and exportation of tomatoes produced in Guernsey. The Board may export at certain conditions tomatoes of any producer that are not graded in the manner for the time being prescribed by the States and may engage in packing of tomatoes. Other amendments concern the general meeting of registered producers and the functioning of the Board.
