The Board may, from time to time, modify the Scheme or revoke it. The Scheme is intended to improve the control on the quality of tomatoes of registered producers whose applications to participate in the Scheme have been accepted by the Board. The Board shall market tomatoes according to this Law and the Scheme and tomatoes delivered to the Board shall be graded in such manner as the States Committee for Horticulture shall establish.
