Abstract

This Act repeals and replaces the Uganda Coffee Development Authority Act, Cap. 325. Its objective is to continue in existence the Uganda Coffee Development Authority and to provide for it to regulate, promote and oversee the coffee subsector, including all on-farm and off-farm activities in the coffee value chain, with a view to facilite its competitive, participatory and sustainable dvelopment. The Act also provides for a coffee auction system.
