Its objective is to continue in existence the Uganda Coffee Development Authority and to provide for it to regulate, promote and oversee the coffee subsector, including all on-farm and off-farm activities in the coffee value chain, with a view to facilite its competitive, participatory and sustainable dvelopment. The Act also provides for a coffee auction system.
