In particular, the Ordinance aim at: 1. the establishment of evidence on the sustainability of agricultural Raw materials used to produce biofuels and bioliquids, 2. monitoring compliance with sustainability requirements for agricultural Raw materials for biofuels and bioliquids 3. the collection and transmission of information concerning agricultural Precursors to demonstrate the greenhouse gas emission saving in accordance with point 4 and Calculation of national targets under Directive 2009/28 / EC and 4. the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions through the use of agricultural products Biofuels starting materials and prepared according to the bioliquid Provisions of the Fuel Ordinance 2012. Agrarmarkt Austria (AMA) shall be the system operator of the nationally recognized certification system Austrian Agricultural Certification Scheme (AACS) pursuant to Article 18 (6) of Directive 2009/28/EC and Paragraph 6 of Article 7 of Directive 98/70/EC.
