Abstract The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce the Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources of 23 April 2009. Article 2 establishes the criteria for requirements of agricultural raw material destined for the production of biofuels.
