Entry into force notes
On the date of publication on the Official Gazette. Regulation 5(4), Part II of Annex I and Part II of Annex III enter into force on the 12 July 2004. For further details see Regulation 11.
Abstract

These Regulations set forth, in compliance with EU legislation, standards certain sugar products should comply with. The text contains five Annexes dealing extensively with definitions, preparation and labelling of such products, methods of analysis, carried out in governmental laboratories, for the certification of sugar products.
