Abstract

This Notice amends the South African Seed Potato Certification Scheme with respect to, among other things: definitions; the prohibition to cultivate unregistered plantings with registered plantings; examination and analysis; rules for cultivation; and post-control sampling. Table 1 is replaced and Tables 5 and 7 amended. Part B of Table 7 sets out maximum permissible percentage of potato tuber necrotic ring spot disease permissible in seed potatoes.
