It regulates in detail procedures for public storage of skimmed milk powder. Article 2 establishes that the "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA) is entrusted with the enforcement of the present Ordinance. Article 3 sets out the conditions to obtain official recognition of storehouses. Article 15 specifies that entitled persons must allow access to their premises for inspection by competent authorities, i.e., the Agrarmarkt Austria, the Ministry for Agriculture and Forestry, and various bodies of the European Community. The Ordinance consists of 20 articles divided into 4 Parts.
