Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate in detail procedures for public storage of skimmed milk powder. Article 3 sets out the conditions to obtain official recognition of storehouses. Skimmed milk powder produced in other EC countries must be certified as being salmonella free. The costs of transportation of skimmed milk powder to the storing places have to be born by the producer.
