Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Seed Potato Act. In particular, the Regulation applies to the Cariboo Certified Seed Potato Control Area and to the Pemberton Certified Seed Potato Control Area. The text – consisting of 26 articles – deals with the following matters: establishment of a committee, storage warehouses, planting and source of seed, storage of seed, disease, insect and weed control, offence and banking.
