The specified area of the territorial sea for the purposes of Regulation 5A(1) (area in which use of passive gear is restricted) is the area which would be bounded by lines drawn – (a) in the sequence set out in the Schedule; and (b) between and by reference to the co-ordinate points also set out in the Schedule and determined in accordance with the World Geodetic System 1984.
