The Regulations, among other things: prohibit the use of certain substances for the taking or destroying of sea fish; prohibit the deposit or discharge into the sea of certain matter; impose restrictions on the fishing for spider crabs; prohibit the taking of sea fish by foul hooking; and impose requirement for marking of fishing gear.
