Abstract

These Regulations provide that any infringement of the Council Regulation No. 811/2004, which establishes certain measures for the recovery of the stock of hake is an infringement of these Regulations. They also determine notification arrangements (4 hours advance notification required) and designated ports for the landing of quantities of hake in excess of 2 tonnes.
