Abstract

These Regulations provide for the carrying into effect of provisions of Council Regulation No. 811/2004, which establishes certain measures for the recovery of the stock of hake. They define offences, determine arrangements for prior notification and designate ports for the landing of quantities of hake in excess of 2 tonnes.
