Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Saxony Water Law in its version of 22 July 2013. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences in the field of law on water and water resources management. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Competence of the highest water authority (1); Competence of other water authorities (2); Competence of the Environment, Agriculture and Geology Office. (3); Competence of the state enterprise " Landestalsperrenverwaltung” (4); Competences of the authorities of the Public Health Service (5); Competence based on close property relationship (6).
