Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Saxony Water Law of 11 January 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences in the field of law on water and water resources management. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Competence of the highest water authority (1); Competence of other water authorities (1a); Competence of the Environment, Agriculture and Geology Office. (2); Competences of the state enterprise State Reservoir Administration (3); Competences of the authorities of the public health service (4); Competence based on close property relationship (5).
