Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Ordinance implementing the EC wine area clearing programme of 18 September 2008 (BGBl. I p. 1849). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to growing of vine and related matters. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: Principle (1); Application (2); Entitlement (3); Evidence of proper management of vine yards (4); Calculation of average harvest (5); Application of a single acceptance percentage (6); Inspection and decision (7); Competences (8); Entry into force (9).
