Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 555/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 on the common organisation of the market in wine as regards support programmes, trade with third countries, production potential and on controls in the wine sector of 27 June 2008. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Competent authorities (2); Proceedings, investigation to fix the amount of premium (3); Exclusion of wine growing areas (4); Toleration and participation duty (5); Entry into force (6).
