Abstract

Regulations made under the Pesticides Control Act for the licensing of persons engaged in the use of restricted pesticides as a trade or profession or persons using or supervising the use of pesticides in the course of regular employment. A person wishing to become a "certified user" shall apply to the Pesticides Board in the Form as contained in Schedule 1 (reg. 3). The Board shall keep a Register of Certified Users in the form specified in the Fourth Schedule (reg. 8). (10 regulations and 4 Schedules)
