Abstract

These Regulations, issued by the Minister of Agriculture under section 15 of the Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990, place restrictions on the sale of potatoes in South Africa and prescribe classes for potatoes and standards for such classes of potatoes. The Regulations also provide rules relative to packing and marking of containers for potatoes.
