Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall come into force on 3rd January 2022.
Abstract

This Regulation is enacted to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations of Bhutan as a party to the Vienna Convention and the Montreal Protocol by taking appropriate measures to protect human health and the environment.
