The Regulations concern: certificate attesting to conformity of a consignment of regulated agricultural products to stipulated requirements; fees; food business operator; inspector. Matters covered by these Regulations include: requirements and restrictions to export tree nuts; application for approval for export, and particulars to be included in the application; presentation for inspection of each consignment of tree nuts; inspection procedure; assessment of the competence of testing laboratories involved in the export of tree nuts and compliance with standards and guidelines for internal quality control; fees for inspection and analyses; offences and penalties.
