Abstract

These Regulations aim at ensuring that internal control is established and at continuous improvement activity so that so that requirements stipulated in or in compliance with watercourse legislation is met. The Regulations shall apply to a) water treatment plant licensed under section 2 of the Watercourse Act; (b) power plants authorized to use licensed regulations and cases; c) Water treatment plants covered by the Dams Safety Regulations and d) groundwater measures licensed under the Water Resources Act. Internal control shall be compulsory. Internal control shall be carried out on various requirements regarding documentation, safety, measurements, personnel, environmental and emergency concerns, etc. as imposed by law.
