Abstract These Regulations provide for internal control, for specified installations in watercourses, of requirements specified in or pursuant to the Water Resources Act. They shall apply to These Regulations apply to specified structures in watercourses and power plants and groundwater works that require a licence pursuant to the Water Resources Act. The internal quality control shall be documented in the form and to the extent that is necessary on the basis of the type of installation, its activities, risk factors and size. The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate may grant exemptions from requirements laid down by these Regulations.
