Abstract

This Decree is composed of 13 articles. It provides for regulation-making powers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water concerning pollution control, organization, waterworks, well-drilling and enforcement. It establishes the legal framework concerning the allocation of water, water shortage, well-drilling, licences and penalties.
