This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the rules aimed to prevent the introduction and spread of harmful organisms transmitted by the following plant species/herbal origin from India: Colocasia Schott, other than seeds and roots; Momordica L., other than seeds; Solanum melongena L. except seeds; Trichosanthes L., other than seeds; in terms of international traffic ban.
